[UPDATE] Madfinger Games Confirms DEAD TRIGGER Shooting Its Way To Android July 2nd!

We just got another email from PR. DEAD TRIGGER will be released Monday July 2nd!

We just received an exciting email from Madfinger’s PR. It looks like the long awaited console-quality Zombie shooter, DEAD TRIGGER, will be available to Tegra 3 owners at the end of this week. Although we don’t have an official release date, judging from the email, we should have it in our hands within the next 3 days.

In the press release kit we received, there were many screenshots of the game in action (slapped on with the DEAD TRIGGER logo). So if the official trailer above wasn’t enough to satisfy you, lets see if these gorgeous screen-caps will do the trick.

Whether or not the game will be priced at the same mind boggling $0.99 introductory price as the iOS version remains to be seen. I have an inkling that due to the relatively small amount of Tegra 3 owners, the developers might up the price of the game a bit higher to compensate the lack in audience. Till then, enjoy the screenshots above and be sure to check back again to know when the game officially drops.

    Kinda a bummer that we won’t be able to purchase until we’ve activated a compatible device. I bet it’s going on sale just to get a few reviews prior to the Nexus 7 shipping…

      Ya there will definitely be limited support at launch and the price will likely go up after a few days.

        Having played the game, they’re definitely taking the ‘freemium’ approach, but they’re also charging up front for the game. Unlike Dark Meadow, it doesn’t seem like you can get everything in the game without paying more money for In-App Purchases, which is a real bummer. But even so, you’re definitely getting your moneys worth for $1. I’ll be going more in depth in my upcoming review here at The Android Arcade, be sure to check it out once it’s done!
